Step 1 — Record Your Lifts Film yourself performing all required lifts across two groups — Snatch variations and Clean & Jerk variations. Use any angle that captures your full movement. Multiple angles are encouraged.

Step 2 — Send Us the Videos Upload your footage and fill out a short intake form. Tell us how many days per week you train, your current maxes if known, and any goals or issues you want addressed.

Step 3 — We Do the Deep Work Our coaches review every lift frame by frame. We identify root causes — not just symptoms — and note every weakness, compensation pattern, and technical fault we see.

Step 4 — Receive Your Program Within 5–7 business days you receive your full technical report and a custom 12-week training block built to fix your exact issues — sequenced, loaded, and ready to execute.
