Level 1
Beginners are welcome to learn the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting. Building foundations of your technique using the Five Principles of Chinese Weightlifting.
Olympic Weightlifting Chinese style Snatch, Clean, and Jerk will be covered in the span of a 1 or 2-day seminar.
Level 2
The Level 2 seminar dives into the Chinese style of Olympic Weightlifting in more detail. Comprehensive biomechanical analysis, coaching queues, accessory exercises, and more will be covered.

NCSF and IASC Approved Certification
You will receive a Ma Weightlifting Certification for each participant and for your gym. The certification is approved by the NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness) and IASC (International Association of Strength and Conditioning).
